Terms of Service
By viewing, accessing or registering to GameKnob.com website, and/or using GameKnob Ads software, API, products or services ("GameKnob products and services") you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions detailed below. GameKnob ("We" or "GameKnob staff") reserve the right to review and revise the Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice and, by using GameKnob products and services subsequent to any revision of the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by such changes. If you find the Terms of Service to be unacceptable, you must immediately terminate your use of GameKnob products and services.
GameKnob Ads Service
GameKnob Ads is a service oriented to developers that provides a way to monetize Online Flash Games by installing an API (GameKnob Ads API) which will show advertising each time that it is requested by a game, according to API usage detailed on Developers page.
Advertising Content
Although we will try to do our best to filter the advertising content, we will not be responsible for any content that may result to be offensive, immoral, inappropiate or even illegal. Responsibility of advertising content will lay exclusively on its owner (Advertiser).
Invalid Ad Requests, Impressions & Clicks
An ad request, impression and/or click will be considered invalid if game developer (or simply "developer") or a third party (such as game player) breaches, modifies, cheats, hacks or misuses our internal system and/or API by over-requesting, over-printing or over-clicking the ads. Prior condition, usage of bots or other software than Adobe Flash to install our API will be considered a causal to suspend and terminate service if developer has responsability on it. Additionally, requests, impressions and/or clicks made by developer itself or in which developer incentivates players to view or click the advertising will be discounted. We reserve the right to invalidate a request, impression or click if we consider it supect.
Earnings Payment
All currencies will be expressed in USD (United States Dollar). Earnings will be paid using PayPal in USD currency (http://www.paypal.com). Developer will receive its earnings payment when its account earnings reaches USD $100 since last payment (if any). Earnings may be subjected to changes due to review and validation of all advertising requests and impressions. Invalid requests and/or impressions will be discounted according to Invalid Ad Requests, Impressions & Clicks term above.
Community & Blog
GameKnob provides a way to interact with developers, gamers, advertisers and other public, by hosting a Community (Forum) and Blog. We will not be responsible for any content that may result to be offensive, immoral, inappropiate or even illegal created by Forum members. Respectful attitude will be the key to create an harmonious environment inside our Community. Registered users which have accepted these Terms of Service, Forum Terms of Service and/or Blog Terms of Service and whose accounts are banned at GameKnob, Forum or Blog will result in its GameKnob Ads account suspended and terminated according to Suspension of Service term below.
Suspension of Service
GameKnob staff will suspend and terminate the GameKnob Ads service if developer misuses our service according to Invalid Ad Requests, Impressions & Clicks and/or Community & Blog terms above. Pending earnings will
Game Hosting Service
GameKnob offers an optional Hosting service for developers games. By uploading your game you allow GameKnob to host your game and give a public space for it. Additionally, GameKnob may add some ads when preloading your game. Developer will receive earnings according to GameKnob Ads Service term above.
Termination of Service
Developers may decide to end usage of service at anytime and without any fee associated. Pending earnings payment will be held on developer account according to Earning Payments term above. Additionally, GameKnob may decide to terminate service at anytime without prior notice to you and without any responsibility but pending earnings payments generated by your account.
